Rainbow Realty Group and James R. Hotka have a philosophy of giving
back to our neighborhoods and to our community. They have repaired and
remodeled thousands of homes in inter city neighborhoods. They've turned
hundreds of vacant abandoned buildings into quality affordable housing. They
didn't stop there... They volunteered for numerous neighborhood clean-ups,
donated and planted thousands of trees and have taken taken a proactive
leadership role in helping inner city children by sponsoring dozens of
